This fleece warmer is filled with wheat and Cotswold Lavender grains. Microwave to heat the grains and release the lavender scent to soothe and comfort everyday stresses, strains, aches and stiff muscles. It can also be used as a cold compress by placing in a bag and putting in the freezer. Colour may vary slightly to that shown. The warmer measures approximately 46cm long x 14 cm wide and is half filled to allow it to fit snuggly around your neck or body. Please read the safety instructions carefully and do not overheat.
